Follow these steps to check whether any application is updating or not because Google play store download one application at a time.Two application can not be download by Google play store simultaneously.

3) Clear Download Manager Cache and Data;

playstore >> apps>> download manager>> storage>> clear data and clear cache.

In many phones after following this option the problem is solved.Follow above mention steps or follow the screenshots to clear cache and clear data from download manager.

4) Restart/Reboot your phone

To turn off phone just tap the power button for few seconds the tap the power off. after 2 minutes turn on your phone and now check again.
