This is the question which now a days many new youtubers ask and they want to know the fact.

youtube monetization criteria is 4000 watch hours and 1000 subscribers in 365 days.And if anyone can not complete this criteia in one year then his channel monitization is not possible.
What Happen when One Year Complete but This Criteria Is Not Meet?
I will give the answer of this question by an example;
I start a youtube channel 01-01-2019 and then I worked hard on my channel but unfortunately one year complete (01-01-2020) but the criteria of youtube can not complete by me.
At this point in the mind of every new youtuber there arise a question whether i have to wait for one year more or whether my youtube channel will never be monitized?
Dear Friends! if you can not complete this criteria in one year then do worry neither you need to wait for one years nor your channel will not monitized.
You just have to complete this criteria in 365 days not in exact one year after starting channel.
Let me to explain this point;
By taking above example i explain this point;
My starting day of youtube channel was 01-01-2019 and at 01-01-2020 One year was completed now after this day the subscribers and watch hours which i got last year will not be count.It means that at 02-01-2020 the subscribers and watch times of 01-01-2019 will not be count.
So to know these data you have to check in your youtube channel analytics last 365 data.
whenever you complete this cretia from the present day to last 365 days your channel will be eligible for monitization either you complete this criteria after 14 months or 20 months after starting channel.
WHAT HAPPEN IF ONE OF THIS CRETIRIA IS COMPLETE IN ONE YEAR BUT THE OTHER IS NOT?
If you complete subscribers in one year but watch time has not complete then the answer is simple you have to complete the watch time from the present day to last 365 days.

Once you complete one criteria in last 365 days that will be accepted after that either you don't get a single subscriber or watch time for one year, two year and so on.
Means these criteria should be completed in last 365 days not exact one year after start channel.
